PERSONAL TRAINING
Training is personal and so am I. Everyone has different goals, needs, time requirements and injuries. At our first meeting we discuss all of that-your fitness goals and limitations, time requirements, injuries, budget and past history. I take all that information into account when designing a program that is right for you.

I can come to you or you can come to me. We can work out every detail to make it simple and easy for you to stick to a plan that will deliver success. I want you to succeed just as much as you do.
GROUP TRAINING
Whether it be because of motivation or your budget, you can get together a group of your friends or family members and we can all work out together as a team. This type of setting works for some as motivation and accountability and I am happy to accomidate this kind of situation if it helps you to stick to a routine.
And just like the one on one personal training sessions, I can come to you or you can come to me. Maximum of 4 people per group session.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
I currently teach group exercise classes at Chester Fitness Salon, a female only gym located in Chester, NJ. The classes are for all fitness levels and are 45 minutes each. During the classes I hit all the major muscle groups and focus on form and technique as well as provide tips for exercising at home. The times and fees are listed below.
Monday: Abs and More, 7:30am-8:15am
Tuesday: Total Body, 5:30pm-6:15pm
Thursday: Total Body, 6:00pm-6:45pm
Friday: Total Body, 9:30am-10:15am
One Saturday a month I teach a HIIT class. It's a 1 hour high intensity total body class that incudes cardio throughout. Call Chester Fitness Salon for dates. All classes are $10.00 for non members, $5.00 for members. $10.00 for the HITT classes.
